Refund Policy

  • Returns

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    No discount code is required to activate free delivery but please note this offer is restricted to private customers and cannot be applied to any wholesale orders.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.This can take up to 10-14 days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If after 14 days, you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank or credit card company.

  • Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It is not possible to exchange an item.

  • Postage for refunds/exchanges

    To return your product, you should mail your product to: Uig Candles, 4 Enaclete, Uig, Isle of Lewis, HS2 9HH using a Royal Mail Tracked service.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
